HER Description

A football ground is depicted on aerial photographs from 1932. There is no reference to these grounds on any newspaper or Ordnance Survey map, so it is likely this ground was short lived before the advent of the Secondary School by the 1940s.

The ground features an enclosed border with a small shed, perhaps a maintenance shed. There is little other feature and the entrance was made from Lindisfarne Road.

Today, the local school occupies the site.
